One of my favorite protein oatmeal/proats recipes! This high fiber, low sugar Cinnamon Roll Protein Oatmeal recipe is one that will induce multiple mouthgasms!
Here is the recipe:
1/2 Cup (40g) Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup (4 Ounces) Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
1/3 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Syrup
1 Tablespoon (12g) Chia Seeds
1/2 Scoop (15g) Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Cinnamon Roll Quest Bar
Calories in the WHOLE recipe:
Saturated Fat: 3g
Combine your Oats, Milk, and Water into a microwavable safe bowl. Microwave for 2:00. Chop up your Quest Bar into little pieces. Combine all of your ingredients into your microwaved Oats while your oatmeal is still hot. Mix everything together. Mouthgasm!
Top with fat free whipped cream, more ground cinnamon, more sugar free syrups, nuts, and/or cool whip!
